As part of our ongoing commitment to ensuring the safety and well-being of our players and all families involved in the Little League, we are announcing an important update regarding parking arrangements behind fields 2 and 3.
🚫 Parking Restriction Announcement
Effective immediately, parking behind fields 2 and 3 will be PROHIBITED for the general public. This decision is rooted deeply in our commitment to everyone's safety and is made after careful consideration of the risks involved.
🅿️ Exceptions to the Rule
However, understanding the roles and responsibilities during game days and events, the following individuals will be exempt from this restriction:
Board members
Team managers
Umpires
These individuals will continue to have parking access in the specified area to facilitate smooth operations during league activities.
🚗 Alternative Parking Arrangements
We ask all other families and spectators to utilize the main parking areas. We acknowledge that this change may cause some inconvenience, but we are counting on your cooperation and understanding as we take this step towards enhancing safety measures.
In instances of parking overflow, we will temporarily open up the restricted area to accommodate additional vehicles. This flexibility aims to ensure that our league events run smoothly without compromising on safety.
✋ Reporting Reckless Driving
We also take this opportunity to urge everyone within our league community to report any instances of reckless driving in the parking lot to any board member immediately. Reckless driving poses a significant risk to everyone's safety and will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
